This Privacy Policy describes how Foundit handles information when you use our mobile app. We built Foundit with privacy in mind and collect as little information as possible.

1. Information We Collect Foundit does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, phone number, or location.

• Photos you provide: When you scan an item, the image is sent to our AI processing service only to identify the item and estimate its value. Photos are not stored on our servers after analysis.
• Item history: Results may be stored locally on your device so you can revisit past scans. This never leaves your device and is removed when you delete the app.

1. How We Use Information

• To analyze your photos and return an identification and estimated value.
• To improve the accuracy and reliability of the app. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

1. Third-Party Services Photos are transmitted to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) through a secure proxy solely to return a result. They do not use your photos to train their models.
2. Camera and Photo Permissions Foundit only requests camera and photo access so you can capture or select an item to identify. You can revoke permission anytime in iPhone Settings.
3. Children's Privacy Foundit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
4. Data Security All uploads occur over encrypted HTTPS connections.
5. Your Choices

• Clear local history from within the app or by uninstalling Foundit.
• Revoke camera/photo permissions in Settings.
